Small business software, honestly reviewed
ClickUp packs enterprise-level features into a platform that punishes small teams with complexity, performance issues, and a learning curve that turns simple project management into a multi-day training commitment.
ClickUp's "replace everything" promise often creates more complexity than it solves for small teams who just need task management that works out of the box.
ClickUp's "everything app" approach sounds efficient until you spend weeks configuring features you don't need and training a team that just wanted a task list.
ClickUp gives you infinite customization options when most small teams just need five people to see the same task list without a training manual.
ClickUp's "do everything" approach creates a 40-hour setup burden most small teams can't afford, and better-focused tools deliver faster results at similar prices.
